    The Regional Revenue Manager will be responsible for the daily revenue management of 10-12 hotels with the goal being to ensure that the hotels are obtaining the highest possible REVPAR, ADR and occupancy percentages possible through effective yield management practices.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Regulate rate and inventory controls in MARSHA and OnQ R&I
    • Develop and implement strategies that will maintain and/or increase the hotel's RevPAR
    • Monitor competitive set pricing and understand the dynamics of the local market and demand generators.
    • Prepare monthly rooms forecasts and assist with annual rooms budget
    • Lead bi-weekly strategy meetings with property GM, AGM, DOS
    • Weekly and monthly analysis of the STAR report. 
    • Work closely with the hotel GM and DOS to ensure maximization of group and LNR rates
    • Analysis of city events and to project the effect of opportunity they create
    • Analyze reports and available information to make long-term pricing recommendations
    • Utilize One Yield and Hilton RMS systems and tools to ensure that revenue and profit are maximized
    • Effectively communicate brand specific revenue management philosophies to the property staff

    Skills:

    • Possess ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
    • Possess excellent knowledge of both MARSHA and OnQ R&I
    • Has excellent knowledge of revenue management concepts, tactics and processes
    • Has excellent analytical skills and the ability to make recommendations based on analysis
    • Possesses strong deductive reasoning
    • Possesses attention to detail and follows through to conclusion
    • Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Possesses organizational skills
    • Is able to work in a multi-task environment
    • Is able to make sound decisions with minimal supervision
