“It’s a caring approach to management. And it really defines LBA.”

“With my degree in accounting, my first job was working with a group of CPA’s. LBA was one of our clients. As an outside provider, I could see LBA’s potential even though there were only 16 properties at the time. So, when I had the opportunity to come on board as Barry Kraselsky’s assistant, I took advantage of it. That was 1999, and I still work closely with Barry.
“Operations Support is a big job. It includes everything from selecting furnishings and fixtures for new properties to working with Habitat for Humanity in our LBA C.A.R.E.S community outreach program. Along with Barry, I see to it that every associate has the tools and resources to succeed as individuals and team members.
“When associates are empowered, guests have better experiences and owners realize greater value on their investments. That’s what I mean about the power of caring management. You feel it here because it’s authentic.”
